This Community Plan was developed by the Collarenebri community with support from the Healthy Communities Foundation Australia.  It is a strengths-based, community-led approach to addressing the big issues facing our community including education, employment, housing and health. The approach aims to empower the community to identify solutions to our own challenges, and advocate to governments and others to work with us to deliver solutions we as a community know will work.
