Collarenebri Community Hub
Health is a human right fundamental to the achievement of all other rights. The establishment of Collarenebri Community Hub aims to advance the interests and wellbeing of the people of Collarenebri by ensuring all residents, Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal, have access to a regular health services that are affordable, accessible and responsive to the the needs of the community as a whole. Through a partnership with the Healthy Communities Foundation Australia, and funding from the Commonwealth Government and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation, construction of stage one of a new purpose-built facility was completed in 2021 with stage two completed and due to officially open in 2024.
